Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account identity verification must be complete. pkr92 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your identity and payment method ownership before approving any withdrawal. Only real money balance — funds not subject to active wagering requirements — can be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. If you choose to withdraw before completing a wagering requirement, any active bonus and associated winnings may be removed from your balance prior to the withdrawal being processed.

PSL & T20 betting: For rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results, pkr92 follows the official DLS-adjusted result for settlement purposes. Markets that cannot be settled under DLS will be voided.
